Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt hit the Hamptons (in helicopter)
Ahh... the Hamptons, home of quaint cedar-shingled mansions, gorgeous scenery and Billy Joel car wrecks. Over the weekend, however, the Hamptons became home to a Hurricane Katrina benefit; Brangelina opted for the (environmentally friendly?) helicopter option.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie made the trip to the Hamptons, where E! reports that they attended a four-hour party with about 70 other people, including Christie Brinkley, Ellen Barkin, Donna Karan, L.A. Reid, and Andre Balazs. The entertainment news site reports that the personal chef of the power couple hosting the party prepared a New Orleans-style buffet for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt that included crabcakes, salmon, lamb, lemon pound cake, and grilled peaches. All for a very good cause!
